For any booking modifications, you have until 72 hours before your visit. A 20% modification fee will be applied. Less than 72 hours before the visit: the booking date cannot be modified and the reservation will be considered cancelled. No refund can be requested.
We remind you that bookings are non-refundable in case of cancellation, except for exceptional closure by Bus Toqué. Any delay is considered a cancellation and therefore results in 100% fee retention. No rescheduling is possible

• “Exceptionally, due to traffic conditions, events such as the Olympic Games, national holidays, demonstrations, roadworks… (non-exhaustive list), our routes and schedules may be modified. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible.

  
  

  In case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, Bus Toqué reserves the right to transfer clients from one bus to another
