BOOKING

Book directly online on our website . For more than 8 people by phone at least 48 hours before the D-day. - Last minute reservation
(less than 12 hours before) it is possible that the dessert will be changed.
CANCELLATION
Modification of reservation date:
– Up to 72 hours before the date of the event: 10% of modification fees will be applied. The request must be made by email to contact@bustoque.fr
– Less than 72 hours before the event: the date of the reservation cannot be changed and the reservation will be considered as cancelled. No refund will be possible.
Cancellation of reservation:
Reservation are non-refundable in the event of cancellation except in the case of cancellation of service by BUS TOQUE.
In the event of a national lockdown, the customer may by right request a postponement or refund of the reservation.
In case of illness, demonstrations, strikes or other causes of cancellation, it’s recommended that you take out independent insurance.
LOCATION
Impossible to choose one’s place. However, our 38 place settings are all on the window side.
NUMBER OF PERSONS
Maximum 8 people per table – for more than 8 people you will automatically be placed on several tables. In times of pandemic, the maximum per table is 6 people.
PLACE OF DEPARTURE
There are two places of departure according to the proposed formulas :
- Left Bank Lunch from 12.30 pm and Paris by Night Dinner from 8.30 pm: 67, avenue des Champs Elysées – 75008 Paris
- Aperitif Parisien and Parisian Dinner departure 6pm : Eiffel Tower – 55 Quai Branly, 75007 Paris
ATTENTION : Every 1st Sunday of each month for the lunch (12h30), the meeting place is located Eiffel Tower – 55 Quai Branly, 75007 Paris
DEPARTURE TIME
It is imperative to arrive 20 minutes before the departure time.
BABY
Please let us know in advance and we will organize your visit.
ANIMALS
We apologize for the inconvenience, but animals are not allowed on the Bus.
FOOD CONSTRAINTS
Please let us know when you make your reservation and we will do what is necessary to meet your needs. No changes can be made on board.
CHILD MENU
The children’s menu is for children under 12 years old.
RESTROOM AND CHANGING ROOMS
The Toqué Bus has on-board toilets and a checkroom
DRINKS
It is possible to order additional drinks during your meal (see our drinks map on our site).
WATER CARAFE
For hygienic reasons, we cannot serve water jugs.
BIRTHDAY CAKE
On request 48h before (can not be cancelled).
GIFT CARD
Our sales department is at your disposal to offer you its different gift cards according to your desires.
We invite you to choose your formula directly on our site page OFFERS/MENUS and to indicate us your choice by e-mail so that our commercial service sends you a link of protected payment to carry out the payment which will generate the edition of the gift card.
OUR ROUTE AND SCHEDULE
The times of the routes indicated are for information only, they may vary according to traffic conditions: works, events…
STOP
There is no stop planned, you will have all the amenities. It is possibly possible to get off at your leisure if it is on our route and depending on the possibility.
SMOKER
The bus is completely non-smoking. According to the health law (article 28), the use of electronic cigarettes is strictly forbidden inside the Bus.

Some elements of monument descriptions may have changed since our app was created in 2018. They will be modified in the next update.
