• Book directly online on our website for less than 8 people. For more than 8 people by phone 06.21.40.20.41 or by e-mail contact@bustoque.fr
• Last minute reservations
  (less than 12 hours before) it is possible that the dessert will be changed.

CANCELLATION

Modification of reservation date:
Up to 72 hours before arrival: a 20% modification fee will be applied. Requests must be made by e-mail to contact@bustoque.fr. A payment link will then be sent to you, which you will need to pay before the postponement deadline, i.e. within 72 hours of your initial booking date. – Less than 72 hours before the event: the reservation date cannot be changed and the reservation will be considered cancelled. No refund can be requested.

Cancellation of reservation:
Réservations are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation of the service by BUS TOQUE. In the event of national confinement, the customer is entitled to request postponement or reimbursement of the reservation. In the event of illness, demonstrations, strikes or other reasons for cancellation, you are advised to take out independent insurance.

BUS SELECTION
In case of need or force majeure, Bus Toqué reserves the right to shift customers from one bus to another or to modify the meeting point. An e-mail will be sent to you with all the information you need to know.

LOCATION
All our tables are located upstairs and have windows, guaranteeing you a panoramic view from a height of 4 meters.

Our team ensures that you do not have to share your table with others customers. The layout of the space between each of our tables has been designed to fit the configuration of the upper deck of our double-decker buses. Your table will be separate, but not isolated from others customers.

If you wish, you can request a reservation for our VIP area, available at the front or rear of the bus. Contact our sales department : contact@bustoque.fr

NUMBER OF PERSONS
Maximum 8 people per table – for more than 8 people, you will automatically be placed on several tables. During pandemic periods, the maximum number of people per table is 6.

BUS CHAMPS-ELYSEES : Lunch Rive Gauche departure 1:00 pm Monday to Saturday 107 Avenue des Champs Elysées – 75008 Paris_ Every Sunday Lunch departure 1:00 pm Place of Opéra _ 8, Place de l’Opéra 75009 Paris.
1st Service Diner Paris By Night departure 7pm _ Second Service Diner Paris by Night departure 9:45pm : 107 Avenue des Champs Elysées – 75008 Paris

BUS SAINT GERMAIN : Lunch Rive Gauche departure 12.30 pm from Monday to Saturday, Dîner Parisien departure 6 pm and Dîner Paris by Night departure 8.30 pm : 107 Avenue des Champs Elysées – 75008 Paris _ Every Sunday Lunch departure 1 pm : Place of Opéra 8, Place de l’Opéra 75009 Paris

Please arrive 20 minutes before departure. In case of delay or absence, you will not be entitled to any refund.

BABIES
Please let us know in advance and we will organize your visit.

ANIMALS
We apologize for the inconvenience, but animals are not allowed on the Bus.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Please let us know when you make your reservation, and we’ll do what’s necessary to meet your needs. No changes can be made on the day.

CHILDREN’S MENU
The children’s menu is for children under 12 .

RESTROOM AND CHANGING ROOMS
The Toqué Bus has on-board toilets and a checkroom

DRINKS
Additional drinks can be ordered during your meal (see drinks menu on our website).

WATER CARAFE
For reasons of hygiene, we cannot serve water carafes.

BIRTHDAY CAKE
On request 48 hours in advance (non-cancellable). Birthday cake served in place of dessert

GIFT CARD
Please go directly to our website www.bustoque.fr and order your gift card online. The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

The menu prices indicated are those in force on the date of issue of the gift card, subject to price increases during the year

OUR ROUTE AND SCHEDULE
The times indicated are for guidance only and may vary according to traffic conditions: roadworks, events, etc.

STOP
Lunch and Diner Parisien: There are no scheduled stops, so you’ll have every convenience at your disposal. Diner Paris by Night: A stop is planned in front of the Eiifel Tower. It may be possible for you to get off at your own convenience if this is on our route and subject to availability.

SMOKER
The bus is completely non-smoking. According to the health law (article 28), the use of electronic cigarettes is strictly forbidden inside the Bus.

APPLICATION
Some elements of the monument descriptions may have changed since the creation of our application in 2018. They will be modified in the next update.

EARPHONES IN BUS TOQUE
The earphones provided with our tablets are carefully disinfected after each use for your hygiene and comfort.

• If you have a GIFT BOX such as SMARTBOX / WONDERBOX / or other PRIVATE SHOWROOM vouchers: please send an e-mail to contact@bustoque.fr to inform our sales department of:
• Surname / First name / Telephone / E-mail / the 9 check numbers and the 3-digit confirmation code / Requested date / Allergies and how many to include on your menu
• If the date is available, our sales department will send you your booking confirmation by email as soon as possible.
• If the date is unavailable, our sales department will contact you to propose alternative dates.
• BUS TOQUE reserves the right to register you on one of our 2 buses, subject to availability.
